Michelle Kubick | RN

Michelle Kubik, BSN, RN, brings a strong background in emergency and acute care nursing to THRIVE Integrative Counseling & Medicine. Her experience with patients facing complex and critical conditions has shaped her belief in providing thoughtful, individualized care that helps people feel safe, heard, and supported throughout treatment.

 

Michelle spent four years in a high-acuity Emergency Trauma Center, caring for patients with heart attacks, strokes, sepsis, physical trauma, and other serious conditions. This fast-paced environment strengthened her ability to assess each patient’s needs, stay calm in challenges, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

 

In addition to direct patient care, Michelle has served as a preceptor and mentor to new nursing staff. She values education, communication, and building trust with patients and colleagues. Her approach combines clinical experience with compassion and respect for each person’s individual needs.
